The client desires a content-rich website to push the buyer through each stage of the buying journey, from first touch all the way through to building or purchasing their home. At the same time, this website will support the sales team through answering questions and providing information for sales-ready leads.
After dissecting Simonini’s website, the main goal was to simplify the website and reduce user friction. The current website has multiple entry points to specific pages that could be confusing for the user to recall.
This sitemap is a comprehensive overview of where content holes exist, the user journey, technical specifications, and the goal of each page of the website.
We identified technical specifications that exist within the website that we will need to include in development.
After learning our limitations with design, we will create prototypes that account for this.
After identifying content sections in the sitemap content planning document, we set up the page structure within “Flowmapp.com,” a sitemap and UX tool that includes cross collaboration between team members.
